Posted Jun 09, 2015

Wizard Learning have provided support and contributed to the sponsorship for the Paraplanner of the Year Award since it started back in 2009 and are pleased to continue this for the 2015 award.

The IFP’s prestigious Paraplanner of the Year Award is now live and open for entries, the closing date for entries is 10 July 2015. A special technical award will also be made to the Paraplanner with the best result in the technical questionnaire.

The competition is open to all individuals currently practising as a Paraplanner in the UK. Applicants do not need to be IFP members. Paraplanners must complete four steps for entry:

  1. Register their details with the IFP using an online registration form
  2. Complete the online technical assessment provided by Wizard Learning
  3. Write a 1000 word essay on a choice of two topics set by the IFP
  4. Submit a testimonial from an adviser or planner with whom they have worked, to explain why they think the individual deserves to win this accolade.

The winner will be announced and presented with their award at the IFP Gala Awards dinner held on 6 October at the Annual Conference, Celtic Manor Resort. The prizes include a £1,000 cash prize, a place at the IFP Annual Conference, and access to Wizard Learning’s online training modules.
