The FSA’s emphasis on regulation becomes more and more principles based focusing on outputs from firms rather than imposing the contents of telephone directory sized rulebooks on us all.

3. Assessment centre - assessing competence
Our Assessing Competence tool has also become a popular way for established individuals to test current knowledge in key areas and again we have the flexibility to adapt this package to cover specific subjects such as mortgages and equity release.

If your firm purchases a minimum of three Assessing Competence packages from our assessment centre, we will provide access to one of our text based courses (of your choice) for a minimum of three months for each individual.
