Terms & Conditions

1. Courses normally commence at 9.30 am and end at 4.45pm, times may vary. Course sizes are normally restricted to a maximum of 12 delegates. Douglas James Training clients are also being offered the opportunity to book this training package. The face-to-face training will therefore be delivered jointly by Douglas James Training and Wizard Learning Ltd.
2. Assuming your request can be accommodated, confirmation will be posted to you within 6 working days or via email if this is requested.
3. To secure a place on the course, your course fee must be sent within 7 days, if it takes your organisation longer to process the cheque please contact us for an extension.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or change the venue of the courses in appropriate circumstances. Cancellations will normally only occur when there are insufficient delegates to make the course viable.
5. However, there may be other instances beyond our reasonable control, which make it necessary for a course to be cancelled at any time. In all of these cases, we will use all reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable alternative course and to minimise inconvenience.
6. We reserves the right to make variations to the course content or delivery or to merge or combine courses, if we consider that such action is necessary.
7. If a course is cancelled any fees paid will be refunded in full, unless a suitable alternative course has been provided.
8. We not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to delegates' property at the revision day (other than through negligence of our staff or agents) or for the consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or time-tabling constraints as set out above.

Cancellation of bookings and charges
If you are unable to attend a course for which you have booked, please notify us in writing before the start date of the course. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation charge in the following circumstances:

Notice given 1 to 5 working days before the course start date: 50% of course fee
Notice given 6 to 10 working days before the course start date: 25% of course fee

If you would like a colleague to take your place, please let us know; no charge applies.
