We have now extended our range of Diploma products; you can now improve your exam preparation and chances of passing your exam with our practice exam package for J02 Trusts. With the percentage of people who enter this exam that secure a pass normally being in the 45% to 49% range this might just be the extra help you need to secure that pass.

This online feature has been designed so that you can revise key syllabus areas and get practice preparing for the written format of this exam by taking two online papers. A self marked online exam style paper where you mark your typed in answers against a model answer. The other online exam style paper is marked by one of our experienced markers with the model solutions and feedback provided by the marker.

In addition three case studies are provided with each one having 20 related multiple-choice questions including explanations of answers. They deal with Wills, Power of Attorney, bankruptcy (including the effects it has on a business, personal assets and trusts) and life & pensions in trust including the duties of trustees.
